Innovative technology to meet the demanding testing needs


In the photovoltaic laboratory project of Changzhou Academy of Construction Sciences, Zealwe team faced the challenge of testing the stability of photovoltaic modules in a large temperature difference environment from 15℃ to 80℃, and it was difficult for the traditional equipment to meet the requirement of ±1℃ surface temperature control accuracy.


For this reason, Zealwe Tech, with its strong R&D strength, launched the Panfile temperature simulator. The simulator integrates PID intelligent temperature control system and strong air circulation technology, realizing a temperature resolution of 0.1℃, and the surface temperature fluctuation of the components within 5 seconds after the door is opened is <0.5℃.


This technology provides strong data support for the IEC 61215/IEC61730 standard certification of the Changzhou Academy of Construction Sciences laboratory, ensuring that the laboratory can accurately test the performance of PV modules, and also effectively improve the testing efficiency, which has become a key technical support for the success of the project.

The Luoyang National Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Center project was a large-scale, heavy-duty project that required the coordination of nearly 200 pieces of equipment within 100 days, involving 26 functional rooms and multiple technical fields.


Zealwe team used the “3D modeling + modular division of labor” system to identify problems in advance. At the same time, the team disassembled the installation process into 3 modules: mechanical positioning, electrical wiring, and software tuning, and 8 senior engineers collaborated across fields to realize “0 rework” delivery, successfully completing a 10 million laboratory turnkey project, fully demonstrating its strong industry chain technology integration capability.

The large-area steady-state simulator purchased by the Renewable Energy Testing Center (RETC) of the United States reflects the technical advantages of Zealwe Tech.


The core indexes of Zealwe Tech's steady state simulator, such as spectral mismatch and irradiation inhomogeneity, are up to BBA level (the higher level in the industry), which meets the relevant test requirements of IEC61215 standard, and is applicable to the light decay and aging test of a variety of cells and modules. Its “local temperature control technology” (temperature control range 30 - 90℃, uniformity ±3℃) provides more accurate temperature control for different testing scenarios, which has been recognized by international customers and has a greater technological influence in the industry.

In Datang New Energy's laboratory project, the equipment could not be moved in the traditional way because the floor had been paved with floor leather.


Zealwe technical team adopted the bottom seamless steel pipe rolling panning method, shifted in sections and monitored the whole process to ensure that there was no indentation residue on the ground protection layer.
